KALIKA- ONAM 2023

💕Onam celebrated by GCTE Thycaud at First time 🏵️ KALIKA 2023 💫😍

i had received special mention on the ONAM Programme on GCTE Thycaud named as KALIKA 2023. I had suggested the name itself sounds the vibrance and hapiness of Onam festival. For Malayali people, Onam is always new, regardless of how lovely the memories of the past may be. Similar to this, Onam celebrations at school or college bring up a plethora of memories for everyone. This year, as is customary, I celebrated Onam for two days at college. Furthermore, Onam 2023 holds the honor of being my first Onam in the GCTE. The Onakalli was held on the first day following the formal inauguration. Every M.Ed. and B.Ed. student took part in every Onakalli with similar zeal. Every game provided moments of celebration and excitement for both players and spectators, instead of being a contest. Occasionally, teacher competitions of the same name were organized in honor of Putin.We were extremely excited when our Sreekutty teacher, who handles the technology sessions, took awarded the first prize. Then there were contests like candy picking and chair play. There were occasionally dances, songs, and gear readings. With the Onam's own tug-of-war match, the first day's festivities came to an end. My first time taking part in an Onam dance and  the tug-of-war (I bParticipating in an Onam dance for the first time, encouraging my friends without competing in the tug-of-war (I broke my watch in the middle of the cheering😭) and took home the banana first prize

There were occasionally dances, songs, and gear readings. With the Onam's own tug-of-war match, the first day's festivities came to an end. My first time taking part in an Onam dance and  the tug-of-war (I bThe primary events of Onagoshama's two days were Onasadya and flower-flowering. My inability to wear a saree and lack of habitual wearing irritated me greatly, yet it did not interfere with my ability to take pictures or eat. The fact that I forbade it is another reality. This Onam festival was likewise filled with wonderful recollections.

The two days of Onagoshama were mainly flower-flowering and Onasadya. The problems of not knowing how to wear a saree and not having the habit of wearing it bothered me a lot, but it did not cause any difficulty in taking photos and eating. Another truth is that I did not allow it. This Onam celebration also passed with many good memories.
